The Ellison began as The Highline, originally envisioned with a bright, energetic identity rooted in classic Las Vegas character. After a required name change and evolving interior direction, the brand needed to shift toward something more refined. With a colorful exterior and cool-toned interiors, the challenge became creating a visual identity that could unify contrasting design influences while positioning the property within the Las Vegas luxury residential market.

Built on a neutral palette with black and white desert florals and controlled moments of color, the identity translates across collateral and environmental graphics, supporting a more elevated and design-forward positioning.
