Cacophony to Calm: Creating an Oasis in the Las Vegas Market
Cacophony to Calm: Creating an Oasis in the Las Vegas Market

The Ellison began as The Highline, originally envisioned with a bold identity rooted in the energy of Las Vegas. As the project evolved, a required name change, shifting interior direction, and the gradual restructuring of our development department transformed both the creative vision and the way the project was delivered. During this transition, I assumed ownership of branding execution while my director was on maternity leave, partnering directly with executive leadership to guide the project through one of its most pivotal phases.

Energy Versus Serenity
Energy Versus Serenity
Rather than leaning into the spectacle of Las Vegas, the brand was reimagined as a refined retreat within it. Inspired by the surrounding desert landscape, I developed a cohesive identity spanning environmental graphics, print collateral, websites, leasing materials, and marketing campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint reinforced the same elevated experience. The resulting brand balanced warmth, restraint, and moments of playful color, helping establish The Ellison as a distinctive luxury community that successfully leased, stabilized, and was ultimately acquired.
