I developed the visual system and applied it across collateral, environmental graphics, and leasing materials. A muted palette of pinks, oranges, and purples paired with tropical motifs created a relaxed yet cohesive identity designed to feel vibrant without overwhelming the space. Despite coordinating the project remotely, the system translated consistently across touchpoints, supporting the property’s refreshed positioning.
